These earrings belong now to A., a dear friend. Just like she, the earrings are truly survivors. I'll tell you the history: while we took part on some craft show (can't remember where or when) one of the earrings fell on the ground. When we found it, probably some hours later,  it was bent and trod on... I took it personally to return it to his original state, because my oversight caused the damages. So I started to straighten the copper sheet, desoldered and soldered again, patinated and polished. I think that they end up almost perfect, in fact... Could you guess which one was the one that fell to the ground?

Life goes on, even when you are not in the mood to write about it. Therefore, let us go straight into jewelry, which is also a way (as good as any other) of not getting too sad.

Today I want to show you three slightly different earrings based on the same idea. The inspiration was the circle: wheels, girandoles, turbines, rosettes... They are made out of copper wire, handshaped and soldered, with freshwater pearls and glasses. Hope you like them!
